A decision aid, not an authorisation. The verdict rests on the zone type of the local plan, on the area and on the actual land use (existing buildings, roads, golf, park, woods, water, schools, hospitals and other facilities) and on the shape of the plot. The precise rule that does or does not allow a place of worship is in the local plan rules, and feasibility is always confirmed with the town hall. The tool does not know whether a plot is for sale: it shows you where it is and how to check.
