Privacy policy
Noor collects the strict minimum and nothing more. The site has no user account, does not track visitors and sells no data. Here is precisely what is processed, why, and the rights you have.
Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of the Noor site, reachable at contact@guide-mosquee.fr.
What data and for what purpose
Only three situations give rise to processing.
- Browsing the site. An anonymous audience measurement records the pages viewed and the searches made, with no IP address kept and no identifier that could recognise you. It serves only to understand what is useful and to improve the service.
- Reporting a correction. When you report an error on an entry, we receive the content of your message, and the email address if you choose to leave it. This serves to check and then correct the information. These reports are reviewed before any action is taken, never published automatically.
- Registering in the directory of professionals. A professional who registers sends us their professional details, for example name, town, department, phone, email and website. This information is intended to be published in the directory after checking, so that associations can contact them. Registration therefore counts as a request for publication.
Legal basis
The anonymous audience measurement rests on the legitimate interest in improving the site. Sending a report or a registration rests on your voluntary step: you remain free not to take it.
Who has access to the data
The data is accessible to the publisher of the site for the purposes described above. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., who also provides its protection against attacks, and the contributions are stored in a database provided by Supabase. These technical providers do not use this data for their own account, and no data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
To deliver the pages and block attacks, the host transiently processes technical connection data, including the IP address, as any host does. Cloudflare, Inc. is a company established in the United States; these transfers are framed by the safeguards provided for this purpose, notably the data protection framework between the European Union and the United States.
Retention period
Reports are kept for the time needed to handle the correction, then deleted when they are no longer useful. Directory registrations are kept as long as the professional wishes to appear; they can ask to be removed at any time. The anonymous audience data does not allow anyone to be traced.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookie or third-party tracker. Only technical elements strictly necessary to its functioning may be used, without tracking your browsing from one site to another.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French data protection act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection over the data concerning you. To exercise them, write to contact@guide-mosquee.fr. You may also, if you consider that your rights are not respected, refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
