Purpose of the site

Noor is a free information site that helps associations build and run a mosque in France. It brings together markers, guides and tools, along with a directory of professionals and public data useful to these projects.

The nature of the information

The information published consists of general markers, dated at the time of writing. It has no contractual value and does not replace professional advice suited to your situation, whether legal, tax, financial, technical or administrative. The law and the figures change: before any decision, check the up-to-date information with the relevant departments and the official sources.

The public data displayed

The site aggregates and presents data drawn from public sources, for example the land registry, the planning zonings, the property transactions, the national register of associations or the places listed in open data. This data is reproduced in good faith, but its accuracy depends on its original source. It is provided for guidance and must be cross-checked for any binding use.

The directory of professionals

The directory lists professionals who register or whom we list. Registrations are reviewed before publication. That said, the publisher guarantees neither the availability, nor the quality, nor the seriousness of the services offered by these professionals, and is not party to the relationships formed with them. It is for you to check their references before committing. An entry that looks wrong to you can be reported.

Visitor contributions

When you send a report or a registration, you undertake to provide accurate information and to send no content that is unlawful, insulting or that infringes the rights of others. Every contribution is moderated: the publisher may refuse to publish it or remove it, without having to justify the decision.

Intellectual property

The texts, the illustrations and the organisation specific to the site belong to the publisher and are protected by copyright. The public data remains subject to its original licences. You may quote the site with a mention of the source, but not reproduce it widely without authorisation.
