Information about the publisher and the host of the site, in accordance with the French law on confidence in the digital economy (loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique).

Site publisher

The Noor site is published on a non-professional basis by a natural person. It sells nothing, displays no advertising and draws no income from its activity.

On that basis, and in accordance with the law on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher has chosen to keep their anonymity toward the public. Their identity has been given to the host, who keeps it and may disclose it only on request of the judicial authority.

The publisher can be reached at contact@guide-mosquee.fr. Publication is directed by the publisher; a request for a right of reply can be sent to the host, who passes it on.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., société de droit américain, whose head office is located 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, États-Unis (phone: +1 650 319 8930, site: https://www.cloudflare.com).

The contributions and the directory of professionals are stored in a database provided by Supabase, fournisseur de la base de données qui stocke les contributions et l'annuaire.

Intellectual property

The texts, the illustrations and the organisation specific to the Noor site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is forbidden, apart from the short customary quotations with a mention of the source.

The public data displayed on the site, for example the land registry, the planning zonings, the property transactions or the register of associations, remain subject to their original licences and belong to the administrations that publish them.

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Use of the site is framed by our terms of use.
